Dr. Amogha Idnani heads the domestic recruitment division. She is a Post Graduate in Human Resources from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and recipient of several academic honors. She has wide experience in the pharmaceutical and hospital industry in the field of marketing, human resource, and training.
Her industry experience coupled with people assessment skills makes her a unique entrepreneur.

Mr. H. S. Idnani is a chartered engineer by profession with an extensive experience of over 4 decades in manufacturing.
He is on the board of leading steel manufacturers in India and abroad.
Mr. H.S. Idnani is involved in developing our overseas recruitment platform and technical manpower requirements.

Rajesh Idnani heads Quotient Acumen and overviews overseas & domestic recruitment activities.
Rajesh is a life learner, associated with S H R M, I C F ( U S A ), I A T D, Chennai and I S T D India. He has been associated with the Banking and Financial Services Industry, with an experience of over 25 years in Human Resources International business.
